About This Event

The biggest Lunar New Year celebration in Hawaiʻi! The parade steps off at 4:30 PM from the Hawaii State Capitol lawn, proceeding down Hotel Street through Historic Chinatown to ʻAʻala Park. The full festival runs from 9 AM to 10 PM featuring live entertainment, lion dances, food vendors, crafts, and fireworks. Highlights: - Grand parade at 4:30 PM from Hawaii State Capitol - Lion and dragon dances throughout the day - Live performances and entertainment - Dozens of food vendors and local cuisine - Arts, crafts, and cultural booths - Spectacular fireworks finale Street closures begin at 7 AM on Beretania Street. Hotel Street closes at 4 PM for the parade.
